Bob is a St Louis native, organized his first and St Louis’ first youth travel baseball world series under BPA in 2006 and was the St Louis Director for USTBA, USTSA and XDS from 2007-2017.
Bob served on the Sweetwater Little League Board for 19 years from 1994 - 2013 and served on the design and planning committee for the present facility. Prior to Bob’s career in tournament promoting and organizing Bob worked with Chevron USA Inc., then later spend twelve years as an insurance broker. 

In 2008 Bob became the founder of the Midwest Umpires Association, for the purpose of developing tournament umpires. Bob has attended eight professional umpire clinics and is a coordinator for an annual professional umpire clinic in St Louis,
He currently serves on St Louis County's Baseball Umpire Association's board and umpires high school and college baseball.
Bob has been Involved with youth baseball and girls fastpitch tournaments for over nineteen years and has promoted and organized thirteen world series events in St Louis. This year will be the 14th World Series he has planned and organized.

Although passionate about Baseball & Fastpitch, Bob enjoys playing golf and enjoys the great outdoors with his wife Lisa. Bob and Lisa have three adult sons, Derek, Brent and Andrew.
